After I picked up Blake from school today:
Me: "Blake, we need to stop at the store to get some medicine for my ear."
Blake: "What's wrong with your ear?"
Me: "I have an earache. I think it's from my allergies."
Blake: "Do you have any sugar?"
Me: "Sugar? Why would I need sugar?"
Blake: "Because it'll help the medicine go down."
