Blake was given a goody bag with crayons, smarties, coloring pages, and an activity book. This book included two pages of questions in which all the answers were located on the train table. For example, how many light posts are there? How many cars does the Polar Express have? Can you see the milk sign? It took us probably a good half hour or so to get all those questions answered. Blake loved answering them, and then showing other kids where to find the answers.
Is this a permanent display? Sam would LOVE to see the trains, but I don't want to drive there if it's gone. Let me know!
ReplyDeleteIt was actually only a two-day exhibit. But the people who put it on were from the Choo Choo Boutique, which is located at 2902 BlueStar Hwy in Douglas, next to Overisel Lumber Company. I don't know if they have a display in their store, but according to their flyer, they have a lot of cool train stuff. They are open M-Th 11-7pm, F-Sat 1-8pm, and Sunday 11-3pm. Good luck!
