Update on our babies ...

Our baby Mollies have been doing so well! I'm very surprised that Momma Mollie hasn't eaten them yet. It seems as though all the fish are super happy in the aquarium, just swimming around and enjoying life with each other.

That's the problem.

Now we have too many healthy fish! 24 fish in a 29-gallon tank is way over our limit.

So I scooped up 7 babies and put them into a bag for Petco. I only found two more babies, so I figured Momma Mollie ate the rest. I left those two in our tank.

Believe it ... there's 7 babies in this bag!

Petco was more than happy to receive our donation. I guess they have little kids come in every now and then with only a few coins, and these babies are a perfect seller.

We came back home, and what did we find in our aquarium?

The remaining FIVE babies!

Every baby has been accounted for, and none (so far) have been eaten.

Now, one of our Neon Tetras is starting to have a belly.

Uh-oh.

Let's just hope it's from eating too much!
