This past week, I've had two people mention that they were not able to get the free items that I posted on my blog. One person went to the service center to talk to someone regarding it.
Apparently ... (according to that service center person) ... every YES! rewards card is unique; therefore everyone's going receive different benefits. But not everyone will receive free items. I have no idea how they pick and choose who will get what.
I am so sorry about that confusion. I had no idea that they were doing it like this. So I'm deleting my post about the free food and will not be posting any more about the YES! Rewards program.
That's messed up.
Aww, you're sweet to explain it. I was the one who bought the spartan pizza and spartan 12 ct poptarts, but didn't go to the service counter. I'm guessing that it totally has to do with how much you spend there. I only spend 15 or less a week and one time (since the program started) I could cash in points for a donut my son picked out. A donut, that's it. I get what I put into it, I guess :) Thanks for explaining the "YES" system. BTW, I love you son's story. He's an awesome writer for his age!
ReplyDeleteI am so sorry about misleading everybody with the YES! program. I sincerely thought that everyone who had email (and a YES! card) would have the same benefits. Maybe they should've said in their emails ... "This offer is only good for THIS yes rewards card." Please accept my deepest apologies :-(
